2. Information We May Process
Comments
If comments are enabled and you leave a comment, we process the information you enter in the comment form, such as your name, email address, website address and comment.
We may also process your IP address and browser user-agent information to help detect spam, prevent abuse and protect the website. If an automated spam-detection service is enabled, comment information may be checked by that service.
After a comment is approved, the comment and the name or profile information you submitted may be visible to the public.

You can read Automattic’s Privacy Policy at https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Technical and Security Information
When you visit the website, our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, and the date and time of requests.
We may use this information for website operation, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention.
Information You Send by Email
If you contact us at privacy@lukalekic.com or another email address published on the website, we process the information in your message and any contact details you provide so we can respond.
Images and Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid including location information in their metadata, such as GPS coordinates. Visitors may be able to download images and inspect metadata that remains embedded in them.
3. Google Analytics and Consent
Google Analytics is optional. For a new visitor, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and Analytics data is not sent to Google unless the visitor actively accepts Analytics in the cookie banner. If you previously accepted Analytics, that choice is remembered until it expires or you change it.
The banner stores your choice in a necessary first-party cookie named llcm_analytics_consent for up to 180 days. This cookie remembers whether you accepted or rejected Analytics; it does not itself contain Analytics reports.
If you accept Analytics, Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, interactions with the website, browser and device information, timestamps, referral information and approximate location. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. Google’s processing is also subject to its own policies, including the Google Privacy Policy.
You can reject Analytics in the banner or change your choice later using the website’s Privacy settings control. If you reject Analytics, the Analytics tag should remain blocked. You can also clear cookies in your browser.
Google Ads and advertising tags are not currently covered by this Analytics consent setup. If we add advertising, conversion-measurement or remarketing tags to the website in the future, we will update this policy and the consent choices before activating them.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website may use the following types of cookies:
- Privacy choice cookie:
llcm_analytics_consentremembers your Analytics choice for up to 180 days. - Comment cookies: If the comment form offers the option and you choose to save your details, WordPress may store your name, email address and website address in cookies for your convenience. These may last for up to one year.
- Login and administration cookies: If you log in, WordPress may use cookies to maintain your session and remember display settings. These are primarily for website administrators and other logged-in users.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics cookies or similar identifiers may be set only after you accept Analytics. Their duration depends on the Google Analytics configuration.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary WordPress cookies may affect some website functions.
5. Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles may include embedded content such as videos, images or social-media posts. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website directly. Those providers may collect information about you, use cookies, embed additional tracking and monitor your interaction with the content.
Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. For example, embedded YouTube content may be subject to Google’s privacy practices.

- An automated spam-detection provider, if one is enabled.
7. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process information in countries other than Serbia or your country of residence. Where applicable, those providers are responsible for using transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by relevant data-protection laws. Please also review the privacy policies of the relevant providers.

9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correct it, request its deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or request a portable copy.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
